Anxiety...the fear is real, the threat is not. Our bodies are wired for continual threat assessment. A past traumic or stressful event can cause a fear response (fight, flight, freeze, or collapse) to a current situation.

Depression...can leave you feeling tired, sad, and with little desire to engage in activities you enjoy. It can also cause you to feel stuck. There are many factors that can cause you to feel depressed.
